  • Ability to communicate clearly, compassionately and respectfully with all callers, clients, and stakeholders (internal and external) in a culturally competent manner.
  • Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and internet. Experience with Clio Legal Practice Management Software is desirable. Proficient use of computer, phones, and copier.
  • Superior organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and move efficiently from one inquiry to another.
  • Maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Possession of NC Driver’s License. Must pass a criminal and credit background check.
